As of now, Fiscal Localization in Uganda has been terminated until further notice. This decision has been made due to economic sanctions and restrictions that are currently in place.

Local residents in Uganda can still access this network as subscribers. However, they are not able to participate actively in the Foundation due to the aforementioned sanctions and restrictions.

Members announced that they deeply care for the network‘s community in Uganda and will continue to support them in any way possible. However, the Foundation will not put them at risk due to a draconian legislation that does not uphold the AI network's guiding principles.
