A. Review compliance duties for fiscal localization of the Open Constitution AI network in India in reference to Trust‘s Section 8, Not-for-Profit company.

(1) Legal name change of Section 8 Company

(2) Maintaining/re-appointment of Board of Directors for the Trust’s company in India

(3) Tracking and documenting the duties attached to the compliance and compliance review of the Trust’s company for marked objectives of the fiscal localization in India

B. Review compliance duties for fiscal localization of the Open Constitution AI network in India in reference to Trust‘s Limited liability company

(4) The company is in good standing in compliance with local business jurisdiction.

Independent Audit obligations of the network‘s fiscal localisation through the Trust‘s limited liability company(Pvt Ltd) in India were successfully fulfilled and filed by members during the Q4 2023 for FY 2022. Members contracted an independent state-approved auditor for this purpose in Q3 2023.

(5) ESoPs can now be structured in the Trust‘s company to regulate vested stock interests for any employees of the Trust in the coming future. Members have raised a ticket at the network‘s Help Center.
