A. Review compliance duties for fiscal localization of the Open Constitution AI network in EEA through Trust‘s limited liability company(ApS) in Denmark

(1) Fulfil independent Audit obligations for FY 2023 for the ApS by 31st January 2024. Members have contracted an Independent State approved auditor for this purpose in Q4 2023.

B. Review compliance duties for fiscal localization of the Open Constitution AI network in EEA through the Trust‘s voluntary association(Open Constitution S/I) in Denmark

(2) The company is in good standing in compliance with local business jurisdiction.
