Overview:
The Sentient Bot is now live on the Open Constitution network. This AI-powered virtual assistant can answer a wide range of questions about the network's digital public services, including account access, understanding Foundation, and open-source research topics or development guides. The bot is available to all members and E tenants who can subscribe to it through a public API.
Knowledge Base and Learning Model
The bot is powered by the network's knowledge bases, which will continue to grow over time. The AI bot learns from these knowledge bases through its training model. The infrastructure and conversational model that teach the bot how to speak depend on cloud computing vendors like AWS and GCP (specifically Vertex AI). The bot utilizes data gathered, curated, collected, contributed, controlled, and processed by the Association on the network's Contribution Delivery Subnet.
Distribution and Moderation
The virtual assistant is available via omnichannel distribution, acting as a bridge between human members and various assets/services/infrastructure within the Open Constitution AI network.
To maintain civil discourse within this service, a moderation library containing rules and banned phrases is provided as a public repository.
