The Foundation discussed the deprecation of Open Research from the public url - https://research.muellners.org and the release of a new production instance.

- Open Research at research.muellners.org is now deprecated.
- A new production instance, Council Post, has been released.
- Council Post is a platform for independent fact & science-based journalism.
- The Media Council maintains CouncilPost Contributions Delivery Subnet.
- Articles are generated using the Open Constitution network AI.

The Foundation also discussed the need to set up an Editorial Committee in the Media Council and a Call for Articles for editor submission.

The Muellners Foundation is considering how to navigate the EU AI Act. The members have identified that their self-governance model already covers transparency and responsibility. However, they are also considering potential risks. These risks include:

1. The impact of the Open Constitution AI network on institutional frameworks established under international law.

2. Potential conflicts with 'ground zero' situations and the real world. Specifically, they are concerned about how Network AI might affect reality if the internet were to disconnect and consumers only received half the information from the network.

The Foundation is further enhancing transparency and responsibility in the network's self-governance model, which aligns with the requirements of the EU AI Act.
